Our week-long stay at Insula Alba Resort & Spa surpassed all expectations. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. The main swimming pool arrangement was stunning, and we were delighted to receive a free upgrade to a room with a pool and sea view. The birthday cake in our room was a special touch. The cleaning ladies were always cheerful and went above and beyond. The spa services were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the yoga classes with Eva. The all-inclusive menu offered a fantastic range of food and drinks, and the staff, especially Manos, Zoe, Kostas, Melipo.

The breakfast has a lot of options to choose from and the staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel parking is very convenient and the transportation to nearby areas is easy to find.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and offers breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern and well-designed bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast options are plentiful, ensuring a great start to the day.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that fulfilled our needs. The spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and garden area provided a relaxing environment. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff and excellent in-room breakfast options. We especially enjoyed the full body massage and facial treatments available at the spa lounge.

The only minor downside to our stay was the dinner options, they can get a little repetitive. However, the special diet menus provided a range of choices to accommodate dietary restrictions.

The pool area was lovely, with a nice sharing pool and a main pool. Breakfast and dinner had a good spread of food. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a comfy bed.

The service at the pool bar could be improved as towels were not always readily available. the dinner options were not always to our liking and there was only one courtesy bottle of water provided for the entire stay.

What a great experience! Fantastic location, right by the sea and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfy. Loved the pool and spa facilities, which offered a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day of work.

The high cost of drinks at the bar. It was a bit of a shock when the bill arrived.
